Note: Completion of an application does not guarantee adoption of a New Hope Powder Pals cat or dog.

To be considered as a foster parent, you must:

• Be 21 years of age or older

• Have identification shov.-'.ingyour current address

• Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord (if applicable)

• Be able and 'il':illing to spend the time necessary to provide proper care for the dog
